The compressed Covid world is small but on close examination it can be pretty interesting. These pictures were all taken from the bridge over the pond in the Moon Viewing Garden at the San Francisco Botanical Garden. The light was constantly changing and the surface was rotating and rearranging itself. In theory, I could have stayed in one place, but being the restless type, I kept changing positions leaning my tripod against the redwood railing. At first I thought why bother, everyone has pictures like this, indeed I do too. I have too many pictures of leaves and of water. But the combination of movement, depth, color, reflection and sunlight made this particular small spot, on one particular day, special.
